HomeHomeRedlive provides marketing and customer-acquisition services to business clients. Each client is responsible for the legality, licensing, pricing and delivery of its own services.
Redlive commission is payable daily where the commercial agreement requires daily settlement. Any overdue commission or invoice may cause marketing activity to stop immediately and the account status to be changed to inactive until payment is resolved.
Invoices, taxes, currencies and due dates are shown in the client portal. Where tax is stated as included, it forms part of the displayed total and is not added on top. Payment records generated by payment providers may be retained for accounting and reconciliation.
Clients must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, comply with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws, and must not use Redlive for unlawful, deceptive, exploitative or prohibited services.
Marketing performance is not guaranteed. Redlive may pause campaigns for compliance, payment, fraud, platform-policy or operational reasons.
To the extent permitted by law, Redlive is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party platform interruptions, or the client's service delivery.
